How to Get a Green Card?
As a requirement of being a welfare state, it is a type of card issued to provide social security to our citizens who do not have any social security. There are prerequisite conditions to apply for a Green Card. If the monthly income, when divided by the number of family members, is below 1/3 of the minimum wage, Green Cards are issued to these individuals. Individuals who meet the application requirements for a Green Card can apply to the Green Card offices in their provinces or districts. Before going to the application offices, the following documents and papers must be taken with them: ID card and photocopy, 2 photos, population record sample, residence certificate. At the Green Card office, after obtaining and filling out the Income Test form, other required documents must be prepared. The other documents are as follows: Poverty certificate from the headman, document from the land registry stating no property ownership, document from SSK, BAĞKUR, Pension Fund stating no affiliation with these institutions, document from the Municipality, document from the Tax Office. After taking all these documents to the Green Card office again and the Social Security Institution conducts the necessary investigations regarding Green Card holders, individuals can obtain their Green Cards and benefit from their health rights. Individuals with a Green Card can benefit from their health rights without paying any fees. However, if they live in a district, they cannot go to a hospital in the province without a referral.
