Healthy Eating Rules
If you want to eat healthy, you should eat raw fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Use your preference for organic products and also for unprocessed flours. Focus on consuming fish and chicken, and consume less red meat. Do not forget that legumes are very important for health and should be consumed at least 3 days a week. Consume dairy, eggs, cheese, honey, and yogurt regularly, provided that your consumption is balanced. Use honey instead of sugar and also consume molasses. Keep in mind that dried fruits are also very beneficial for health and will meet your sugar needs.
Eat Honey and Molasses
Consume whole wheat bread and make your pastries with bran flour. Use olive oil for your fat consumption and fry your onions in a fat-free pan, not in oil, when making soup. Try to use natural broths that you make yourself, not ready-made ones. You can also consume butter, provided it is not in excessive amounts. Steam or boil your vegetables. Flavor your meals with spices, not salt. Do not consume frozen foods. Do not buy fruits and vegetables out of season and keep salads on your table as much as possible.
